Cooking classes in our traditional farm in Kissamos
Spring is just two months away and the Farmhouse Metochi is getting ready to welcome you. From early March our land will prepared for cultivate our local Cretan outdoor garden for the Cooking Classes.
Also this period we prune the olives trees of the farm to flowering by February and offer us next season (October-November 2017) the new crop. During February we will plant some new aromatic herbs and we will prune the old ones, and the same with the citrus trees.
My sister Eleni and my mother Chrysoula are ready to help you prepare some fabulously tasty dishes. Dishes made with hearty Cretan ingredients such as extra-virgin olive oil, fresh vegetables, local meats, delectable cheeses, aromatic herbs and a splash of wine.

A perfect evening at a traditional Crete farm! Elena and her Mom give you step by step guidance making the experience fun and entertaining.
A wonderful setting and a delicious meal. Everyone in our small class had fun together and shared many of our countries traditions around food.
I would definitely recommend this class! Loved it!
