GRAMVOUSA & BALOS CRUISE with SAILING BOAT (from Kissamos port)

Amazing one-day private and semi-private trips to Balos beach and Gramvousa Island on our sailing boats, B-Crew (a 36 foot Barberis Show) and Ariadne (a Dufour 45-foot Classic).  

They both can take up to 8 passengers on board but we prefer to take up to 6 on the smaller one (maximum 7 if there are kids in the group(s)) so that everyone is comfortable and 8 on the bigger.   

We depart at 9 am from Kissamos Port and return at 5 pm. The journey takes approximately one and a half to two hours each way (depending on wind, how much pure sailing we are able to do etc).   

On arriving at our destination you will have the opportunity to enjoy your swim, hike to the Venetian castle of Gramvousa and stroll around the lagoon of Balos.  

We provide home-made local food (a full meal), starters, salad, fruit, water and plenty of drinks (refreshments, local white wine and beer).  

COST: 

 B-CREW SAILING BOAT (11 Meters) – Up to 6 passengers 

Or 

ARIADNE SAILING BOAT (13 Meters) – Up to 8 passengers 

Semi-Private: 

110 Euros per person  

60 Euros per child (aged 4 to 8) 

Free of charge children under 4 years old 

INCLUDES: Home-made local food (a full meal), starters, salad, fruit, water and plenty of drinks (refreshments, local white wine and beer), 2 persons experienced crew, fuels, taxes, snorkeling equipment. 

 Total Private: 

600 Euros – from 1 until 6 persons (smaller boat B-crew 11m) 

800 Euros – from 1 until 8 persons (bigger boat Ariadne 13m 

 Please note that you may pick a boat only if you are doing a private trip! On a semi-private trip you will be going aboard whichever of the two has availability according to the requests we receive. 

These sailing boats are light and fast, which allows them to sail even in low wind speeds. If someone has never tried sailing, this cruise will be an opportunity to acquire some basic skills and understand its philosophy. 

The experienced crew will give you useful instructions and will make your sailing trip a unique experience in combination with the landscapes you will visit.  

Of course, the magnificent beach – lagoon of Balos and the “pirate” island of Gramvousa. 

Along the sea route to the final destinations (Balos & Gramvousa) we come across beautiful small beaches that can only be visited by sea. If the weather permits and you wish, we can stop for photos or swimming. 

 The crew of the sailing boat always chooses places to stop during your stay, away from the crowds, and when you wish to go to the beach there is a small inflatable boat that takes you to the shore. 

Certainly the visit to the lagoon of Balos and the island of Gramvousa by sailing boat will be an unforgettable experience.
