Tickets Services – Booking and payment of ferry and air tickets.

To book and buy tickets through our office you must contact us and tell us the dates and destination you wish to travel. We will look for you all the possible cases and combinations that suit your case.
When we find the itineraries that serve you, we will have to make a temporary reservation before the final issuance of the tickets.
For the reservation we will need from you:
A) passport or identity details (name of the passenger in Latin characters as written on the passport or identity card, date of birth, passport number and passport expiration date)
B) name and telephone number of the person who made the reservation.

When we complete the reservation you will receive your reservation code which is necessary to check and pay for it. You will need to provide proof of payment to issue the ticket.

The payment of the ticket, which concerns the reservation, must be made within the time limits set by the policy of each company. In case the payment is not made at the listed times, the reservation is canceled.

The payment of the due price is made according to the following payment methods,
a) at the offices of BALOS TRAVEL
b) by deposit in a bank account of the Company
c) by credit or debit card of any bank

Terms and conditions:

The airline or ferry has every right to change the date and time of departure indicated on the tickets.
We recommend that you contact us for confirmation of the departure time 24 hours before the time indicated on the ticket.
The passenger must arrive at the ticket control area at the airport or port at least 1 to 2 hours before departure in order to complete all the necessary control procedures.
To be able to travel abroad, the passenger must have all the relevant valid documents issued by the official public authorities of the respective issuing country, as well as visas or residence cards to enter which countries are required. The carrier has the right not to allow the passenger to travel if he does not have all the necessary valid documents and the passenger is fully responsible for them.
Our office undertakes ONLY the issuance of tickets and not the necessary personal documents (passport, visa, health documents covid-19 etc.)
