I rented a bike at the agency, the service was fast, attentive and friendly, the bike was in very good condition and they also offered me a helmet and a lock, it was a good price compared to other agencies, and they allowed me to rent my bike during the night to do my bike ride to Balos beach early in the morning, I recommend them

Είχαμε κλείσει εισιτήρια για μια συγκεκριμένη μέρα και δυστυχώς συνέβη κάτι απρόοπτο και δεν μπορέσαμε να πάμε. Πήραμε τηλέφωνο να εξηγήσουμε την κατάσταση και τελικά μας άλλαξαν τα εισιτήρια γι άλλη μέρα! Πολύ εξυπηρετικοι κι ευγενικοι!

Ho noleggiato una MTB per andare a Balos, mezzo in buone condizioni e prezzo decisamente economico.

We traveled with them to Balos Beach and also to the Samaria Gorge. Both trips were well organized, we always knew exactly where to be and at what time, otherwise it was completely free. Prices very favorable. I can only recommend.

Nous sommes partis avec Balos Travel le 9 juin 2022 pour les gorges de Samaria à 5h15 du matin. Ramassage"scolaire" devant différents hôtels, super " visite" de La Canée tôt le matin, puis route vers les gorges, avec un arrêt pour le petit déjeuner vers 7h30. Une guide (Parli?) était montée à bord du bus lors d'un arrêt : elle nous a expliqué la journée, la rando etc..Elle nous a donné une fourchette horaire pour la descente aux points de ravitaillemnent en eau, elle serait toujours à la fin du groupe mais chacun marche à son rythme, elle nous donne aussi le lieu et l'heure du rdv à la fin de la randonnée (16h30 pour le bateau de 17h30). En effet, elle nous a bien suivis, bien encouragés. Lors du retour en bus, elle a pris le temps de discuter avec chacun d'entre nous (en anglais). Nous sommes âgés de plus de 70 ans, habitués à andonner, nous avions nos chaussures de marche et nos bâtons et nous avons mis 7h pour cette super descente. Des courbatures mais les yeux remplis de belles images. Agence à recommander, merci encore

Ho noleggiato una bici da loro per andare fino a Balos. Servizio e accoglienza efficiente e proprietaria molto gentile. Nolleggio bici tutta la giornata a 8/9 euro.

Die Bootstour nach Balos und Gramvousa ist echt zu empfehlen und für 25€p.P. (Studenten 21€!!!) preislich voll in Ordnung. Die Tour war zeitlich sehr gut organisiert, sowohl zeitlich als auch vom allgemeinen Ablauf. Wir hatten unsere Tourtickets online reserviert und haben sie in Kissamos am Balos Travel Büro abgeholt und bezahlt. Im Anschluß sind wir zum Hafen gefahren und haben dort unser Bootsticket erhalten. Auf dem Schiff gibt es Getränke zum kaufen, es sind Toiletten vorhanden und ausreichend Sitzplätze.

We went to Samaria Gorge with Mikos. He was a super professional guide. Highly recommended.

Attention to every cyclist - if you are in Kissamos this is the best place to rent a bike (bicycle) after my very bad experience with the previous rental place we checked this one to rent a bikes for Balos - the best decision - bikes in a very good shape well maintained service very professional and trustworthy I wish I check them at the very first time to avoid previous disappointment; trip to Balos with these bikes was pleasant

Κλείσαμε εισιτήριο δύο άτομα για να πάμε την κλασσική εκδρομή προς Γραμβούσα και την παραλία του Μπάλου . Το εισιτήριο κόστισε 20ε το κανονικό και 18 το φοιτητικό τιμές εξαιρετικά ακριβές. Το ταξίδι πάντως αξίζει έστω για μια φορά βλέπεις εξαιρετικά πράγματα. Στο πλοίο υπήρχε πολύ μεγάλος συνωστισμός στην κυριολεξία ο ένας πάνω στον άλλο . Η εκδρομή θα ήταν καλύτερο να ξεκινούσε πιο πρωί και όχι στις 10:30 γιατί ο χρόνος ειδικά για τον Μπάλο δεν φθάνει καθόλου είσαι οριακά.

Το δεξί σου χέρι για διακοπές στην Κίσσαμο....

La playa más hermosa de Creta. Increíble. Si o sí, hay que ir. Fuimos en barco y paramos en Gramvousa. Isla bonita donde te das un baño. Luego fuimos para Balos. Bonito paisaje. Laguna rodeada de dos montañas. Agua cristalina. De ensueño.
